Project Overview
Hazel Park comprises five bespoke self-build homes, each individually designed to meet the client’s high standards for quality, comfort, and energy performance. The development brings together modern architecture and sustainable building services to create luxury homes with exceptional attention to detail and environmental responsibility.

Our Role
TBK Projects was appointed to provide the full Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health (MEP) design, along with the utility applications for all five dwellings. Each home was designed in close collaboration with the architect and client to ensure full compliance with Building Regulations and alignment with the individual design intent. Sustainable technologies, including air source heat pumps and solar PV systems, were incorporated to achieve high energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions.

Key Services Provided

• Mechanical Design: Heating, ventilation, and domestic hot water systems utilising air source heat pumps for efficient low-carbon operation.

• Electrical Design: Power distribution, lighting, and renewable energy integration, including solar PV arrays designed to maximise on-site generation.

• Public Health Design: Hot and cold-water services and below-ground drainage layouts developed for reliability and ease of maintenance.

• Utility Applications: Coordination and submission of new utility connections for electricity, water, and telecommunications to support project delivery.

• 3D BIM Coordination: All services modelled to ensure precise coordination with architectural and structural designs.

TBK Projects delivered a fully coordinated, compliant, and energy-efficient MEP design for all five bespoke homes at Hazel Park, combining advanced engineering with architectural excellence to create sustainable and high-performing living spaces.
