Project Overview
FRED Bakery is a premium bakery brand known for its high-quality products and refined customer experience. This project involved the fit-out of a new retail unit for one of their flagship branches, designed to reflect the brand’s modern and sophisticated identity. The site required careful planning to accommodate commercial kitchen operations within a confined footprint, while maintaining a clean, welcoming front-of-house environment.
Our Role
TBK Projects was appointed to deliver the Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health (MEP) design, working closely with the client and landlord to satisfy strict technical and aesthetic requirements. Despite the challenges of limited space and high internal heat gains from baking equipment, TBK Projects provided efficient and compliant design solutions that met all regulatory and landlord expectations.
