Project Overview
Located within the prestigious Westfield Shopping Centre, the BIZE project involved the fit-out of a new commercial unit to create a contemporary, high-performance retail space. The development required meticulous design coordination and adherence to Westfield’s stringent technical and compliance standards for tenant installations.

Our Role
TBK Projects was appointed to provide the full Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health (MEP) design for the unit, ensuring that all systems satisfied the strict landlord requirements and integrated seamlessly with the existing centre infrastructure. Our team developed detailed design documentation to support landlord review and project sign-off, ensuring full compliance with Westfield’s design guidelines, safety protocols, and technical specifications.

  • Mechanical Design: Air-conditioning, ventilation, and domestic water systems designed to meet performance and landlord standards.

  • Electrical Design: Lighting, power distribution, and fire alarm systems developed in full accordance with Westfield’s technical manuals.

  • Public Health Design: Hot and cold-water services, waste, and drainage systems designed for efficiency and reliability within confined retail space constraints.

  • Technical Coordination: Close liaison with Westfield’s building management and design review teams to ensure compliance and approval of all design submissions.
